Reservation and Confirmation
Reservation must be made direct to Peacock Travels and Tours Co., Ltd. office in Yangon, Myanmar.
Payment Policy For FIT :
After confirm your bookings, 50% deposit of total Package Tour Price.
Final balance payment will be made on 30 days prior to arrival date.
Final balance payment will be made on 30 days prior to arrival date.
Payment will be transferred to our bank account, and we will send you our bank information when payment time of your booking.
Master /Visa Card payment will be accepted by online banking services.
Payment Policy for Group (10 Pax and more):
Upon confirmation, 50% deposit of total Package Tour Price.
Final balance payment to be made on 40 days prior to arrival date.
Final balance payment to be made on 40 days prior to arrival date.
(According to your itinerary, we will change terms and condition in our offer letter.)
Booking Cancellation Policy with 2-3 star hotels:
Cancellation must be effective on the day the written notice is received.
- 35 days prior to arrival Nil
- 32 to 20 days prior to arrival 30% of full tour cost.
- 20 to 10 days prior to arrival 50% of full tour cost.
- 10 to 7 days prior to arrival 75% of full tour cost.
- Within 7 days prior to arrival 100% of full tour cost.
Booking Cancellation Policy with 4-5 star hotels:
Cancellation must be effective on the day the written notice is received.
- 50 days prior to arrival Nil
- 45 to 30 days prior to arrival 30% of full tour cost.
- 29 to 15 days prior to arrival 50% of full tour cost.
- 14 to 10 days prior to arrival 75% of full tour cost.
- Within 9 days prior to arrival 100% of full tour cost.
